Golden Baseball League Announces All-Star Teams

The Golden Baseball League today announced All-Star selections. Rosters of 25 players have been selected for both the Arizona and California Divisions and include six ex-Major Leaguers, including San Diego Surf Dawg star Rickey Henderson. The league-leading San Diego Surf Dawgs placed nine players on the team followed by the Yuma Scorpions with eight, the Mesa Miners with seven, and the Long Beach Armada with six. Chico, Fullerton, Surprise, and the Japan Samurai Bears all had five players chosen.
