Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox News Release
MARYSVILLE, CALIFORNIA: Yuba Sutter Community Baseball is holding its 2nd Annual Opening Day Parade tomorrow, June 2nd, at 2:00pm. The parade will welcome the new and returning players to town. "This is a great opportunity to come together as a community and welcome our baseball players to town" says VP/GM Michael Mink. The first 500 fans to the stadium will receive a Yuba City Bears magnetic schedule.
The parade will start in the Habitat for Humanity parking lot on 202 D Street and follow C Street to Colusa Casino Stadium where a pep rally will be held before the game. The Marysville Gold Sox and Yuba City Bears will then ignite their Twin Cities Rivalry as they go head-to-head for the first time in sixty-eight years. Following the night will be the first Feather Falls Firework Night of the season.

HOME PLATE GRILL
Fans can also enjoy the new Home Plate Grill, a restaurant at Colusa Casino Stadium which allows guests early access to the park before games to enjoy watching batting practice before games as well as happy hour prices on food and drinks. The Home Plate Grill is open 60 days this summer and offers tasty all-you-can-eat meal plans for groups.
