The Pump Jacks announced Saturday the return of the Follow Freebie, with the addition of Instagram for tickets. Connect with the Pump Jacks on social media to win FREE tickets to Opening Day on Tuesday, June 3.
While the Pump Jacks head back to Lafayette to take on the Arcadiana Cane Cutters tonight, many fans are especially excited for the home opener on Tuesday. The team wants to make sure, you, the fans, are at historic Driller Park to cheer them on.
The Pump Jacks announced Friday that any fan that "follows" the teams Twitter or Instagram can receive up to four free tickets to Opening Night on Tuesday, June 3.
Yes, you heard that right; free tickets and all you have to do is get connected with the Pump Jacks.
Every fan is eligible to receive two tickets for following the Jacks on Twitter and another two for following the Pump Jacks on Instagram, for a total of up to four free tickets.
All you have to do is follow these simple directions for Twitter:
1. Head over to Twitter and follow the Pump Jacks
2. Send an email with your name, address, phone number, and twitter handle to contest@pumpjacksbaseball.com
For Instagram, do the following:
1. Visit the Pump Jacks on Instagram and follow the team
2. Send an email with your name, address, phone number, and twitter handle to contest@pumpjacksbaseball.com
Once confirmed, tickets will be placed in Will Call under the fan's name. Tickets will be available for pick-up on Opening Night at the ticket office at Driller Park. Fans who wish to pick up their tickets earlier may do so at the Pump Jacks office located downtown at 106 North Kilgore Street, suite #201.
Fans who receive tickets also have the option to upgrade to box seats for the opener. Choose to upgrade from Grandstand to Upper Box seats for just $1, or Lower Box seats-and in-your-seat wait service - for just $3. The ticket giveaway is subject to availability, so act quickly. Entrees must be received for the end of the day on Monday, June 2, in order to be eligible to receive free tickets.
Tickets for this summer are on sale! Lower Box seats, which include in-your-seat wait service, are just $8 each, and Upper Box seats are $6. Grandstand tickets are just $5 for adults and $4 for children and seniors. Ticket prices are a dollar higher at the door.
The Pump Jacks open their home schedule Tuesday, when they welcome the Woodlands Strykers to historic Driller Park.
Opening Night the first 500 fans will receive a free schedule poster sponsored by Trade Pump Jacks
