
Georgia Gwizzlies To Compete In Summer Pro League

Georgia Gwizzlies News Release
Macon, GA. The ABA Georgia Gwizzlies which begin play in November in Macon, Georgia, will compete in the famed, prestigious July 2007 Summer Pro League at the Pyramid in Long Beach, California (www.summerproleague.com). On June 10th at Morgan County High School, 1231 College Street, Madison, Georgia, there will be an open tryout from 2pm-7pm. The team is looking for new talent to play in the summer pro leagues and to get exposure from NBA and FIBA scouts as well as being invited to the Gwizzlies training camp on October 19th at the Macon Centerplex Coliseum.
The cost is $150 per ballplayer. Early registration is encouraged. A check or money order can be sent to the Georgia Gwizzlies, 579 North Avenue, Suite B, Hapeville GA 30354. The Gwizzlies are also planning to send teams to play in the Kentucky Summer Pro Am in Louisville KY headed by Michael Stinnett and the SEBL Summer League at Clayton State University in Morrow GA headed by David Archer.
