Jackson, Tenn. - Fans in West Tennessee will be able to meet the 2015 Jackson Generals at the Ballpark at Jackson on April 14 at the team's Meet The Players Event. The event, which is slated to start at 5 pm, is free of charge to all who want to attend. There will be an opportunity for autographs, and season-ticket holders will be able to take part in a picnic with select players afterwards.

The event will take place on the team's off day prior to Jackson's home opener against Mississippi on April 15. Gates at the Ballpark will open to the public at 4:30 pm, with the event beginning at 5 pm.

At 5 pm, Manager of Broadcasting and Media Relations Brandon Liebhaber will introduce the players to fans over the public address system. Afterwards, fans will have the opportunity to get autographs from the players on the field.

Festivities continue at 6 pm for Jackson Generals' season-ticket holders. Players will participate in a dinner at the team's picnic pavilion with fans who have season tickets for 2015.

Fans interested in being a part of the picnic can purchase season tickets from the Generals by stopping by the park or calling the team at (731) 988.5299. Season tickets are only $300 for the entire season, and they come with $150 in gift cards to local restaurants in Jackson. Other perks of season ticket packages include early entrance to all games, the ability to exchange unused tickets for any game, the chance to take batting practice on the field and much more!

Mini-plans are on sale as well. For just $50, fans can go to all 12 Fireworks games as part of our Pyro Plan or get 10 reserved ticket vouchers to any games as part of team's Flex Plan. Both packages include $100 in gift certificates to Jackson restaurants.

Jackson opens the 2015 season on the road against the Jacksonville Suns on April 9 before coming home on April 15 for a ten-game homestand against Misssissippi and Tennessee.
