Setting the Scene: The first-place Commandos look to continue their stretch of dominance after last week's bye ... Tonight's game is a rematch of both teams' season opener that saw the Commandos defeat the Silverbacks 53-26 ... DE James Spikes, who leads the team with 7.5 sacks, was named the CIFL Defensive Player of the Week for his performance April 10 vs. Wisconsin, marking the second-straight week a Commando won a weekly CIFL award (Robbie Wilson and Travis Johnson) ... QB Ben Mauk has thrown 20 TD passes in four games, nine to WR Dominick Goodman ... the Silverbacks ended a 17-game losing streak on April 17 after beating Chicago 46-29
Promotions: In recognition of Youth Sports Night, this week's game offers a $2 discount on tickets to children wearing their sports jersey at the Cincinnati Gardens box office on gameday ...
