Game 6 Between Pens and Wolf Pack Sold Out

WILKES-BARRE, PA. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that Game 6 of the AHL's Eastern Conference final against the Hartford Wolf Pack at Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza is SOLD OUT.

On Monday morning, the Penguins had approximately 2,800 tickets available for Friday's Game 6. Prior to Tuesday's Game 5 in Hartford, the Penguins had approximately 1,200 tickets left.

After defeating the Wolf Pack 4-3 in overtime, the Penguins sold a couple hundred tickets overnight and then had about 900 tickets available Wednesday morning. By late afternoon, the Penguins ticket office reported that the game was sold out.

Due to visiting team and league holds, additional tickets may be released in the next couple of days. Be sure to check the Penguins' website - www.wbspenguins.com for the latest on ticket availability.

The Penguins are ranked first in the league in playoff attendance. The Penguins have attracted 55,519 fans, an average of 6,939 in eight playoff games this year.

Game 6 will also be televised locally on Adelphia 63, WNEP-TV's 24-hour News Channel. The telecast, which is being produced by WNEP-TV, will also air on Fox Sports Net New England and the MSG Network, as well as on the Central feed of Fox Sports Digital Nets.
