
Gadson replaces Livingston on D-League Ambassadors

NEW YORK, July 27, 2007 - Austin Toros guard Cheyne Gadson has been selected to replace Idaho Stampede guard Randy Livingston on the NBA Development League Ambassadors, a team made of D-League All Stars who are in China to compete for the Third Annual Stankovic Cup. Livingston withdrew from the team for personal reasons.
The Ambassadors begin action in the Stankovic Cup Saturday at 9 p.m. local time when they face Slovenia at Tianhe Gymnasium in Guangzhou. The D-League team will also play New Zealand in Guangzhou (July 29, 9 p.m.) before moving to Tap Saek Gymnasium in Macao for three games from July 31-Aug. 2. The Ambassadors will play Venezuela on July 31 (4 p.m.), Angola on Aug. 1 (4 p.m.) and host China on Aug. 2 (7:30 p.m.) in Macao.
