On June 11, at 10:00 the ABA Gwinnett Gwizzlies will announce it's Head coach with an event at the 96 Olympic Cauldron,were Muhammad Ali lit the torch for the 1996 games and at Suwanee Sports Academy where a press conference is scheduled at 12:00 pm.
Already the new ABA franchise is scheduled to play in the famed NBA Long beach,California summer pro league, July 10-25 and another Gwizzlies roster is to be sent to play in the Owensboro, Kentucky Pro am Tournament, July 6-11.The ABA regular season starts November 15.
From July 2004 and until March 2005 we want "Pro basketball in Georgia on every sports fan Mind", that's why we selected the "96 Olympic Cauldron,to rekindle the spirit of Greatness through sports and goodwill says Gwizzlies officials.
