Former UCLA lineman who has been active in Alaska high school football coaching, including a partnership with the NFL to bring football to the last frontier.
FRISCO - Troy Esprit (1st year 2-0) Arena and indoor football veteran Troy Esprit also makes his head coaching debut. The 33-year old Esprit brings 12 years experience to the franchise as both a player and coach. A two-way standout, Esprit turned in one of af2's finest single-game performance in 2001 with the Pensacola Barracudas, registering 13 receptions and four interceptions in a victory over the Carolina Rhinos.
