Freeze Thickens as Players Sign with Cleveland

Cleveland, OH - October 8, 2013 - The Cleveland Freeze announced today their eight game season ticket package, single game ticket prices and themed nights for all of the Freeze home games.

The much anticipated inaugural home opener for the Cleveland Freeze on Sunday November 10, 2013 at 3:05 p.m. is set to be the sporting event of the fall. Themed the "whiteout" the first 200 fans will receive a Cleveland Freeze white t-shirt and fans are encouraged to wear white to the game and receive discounts off their ticket price. The home opener will include live entertainment, DJ's, face painters and other pre-game activities including a youth soccer match.

The community will play a big role in the Freeze home games. Each game will have a theme accompanied by a charity or non-profit as the Organization of the Evening along with other organizations as Freeze Partners. "It is important that we are able to engage with and give back to the local community. Community involvement is a pillar for the Freeze organization." Manager of Game Day Operations & Events Ellen Simon explained. The games will showcase the many initiatives, activities and events taking place throughout Northeast Ohio with hopes to bring awareness of the many good happenings within the community. Other themed nights include a Holiday Food and Clothing Drive, a Pack the House Holiday Party, Fan Appreciation Night and a Healthy Awareness Night. President and General Manager Scott Snider commented, "We are very excited to be working within the community and giving back. Our themed nights will not only add a level of excitement for the fans but we will be able to collect items to be given back where needed within the community and help generate awareness of the many good things happening locally."

Tickets will be general admission and will give fans various options for viewing the game from up close seats against the glass, bleacher seating and standing room. Ticket prices will range from $10.00 general admission, $8.00 for children ages four to twelve and any child under the age of four will be able to attend for free. Season ticket packages are offered and include tickets to all eight home games, meet and greets with the team, Cleveland Freeze shirts and a food and beverage coupon. "We believe in providing an affordable form of winter entertainment for our area. I believe the fans will find our price points to be in line with our mission. We are excited to be able to offer these packages and look forward to seeing the fans out at Freeze games." Snider explained.
