Fort Wayne Freedom News Release

TUPELO- The Freedom defense continues to roll, the latest a 51-15 win over Tupelo Saturday night at the BanCorpSouth Center. The defense was constantly confounding, confusing and stifling the FireAnt attack all night to the tune of 9 sacks for a loss of 42 yards. Rachman Crable, Scott Russell, Alf Fertil each tallied two sacks. Offensively Rocky Harvey rushed for 3 touchdowns scoring on runs of 1, 2 and 3 yards. Luther Stroder also scored on a 30 yard pass from Brian White and a 25 yard run.

Harvey finished with 9 carries for 52 yards. Brian White completed 8-of-15 passes for 112 yard with two touchdowns and two interceptions. Adrian Reese grabbed three passes for 34 yards.

The Freedom head to Sioux Falls Saturday to face the Storm. The Freedom are now 4-0, and lead the Midwest Division of United Indoor Football.
