SIOUX FALLS, SD â Bryan White completed just one touchdown pass, but he picked the right one as the Fort Wayne Freedom beat Sioux Falls 34-31 to stay unbeaten in United Indoor Football action Saturday night.
The well placed pass found Jeremy Dutcher for a 21 touchdown with just 45 seconds left to play to give the Freedom the lead for good.
The victory sets up a showdown of league leaders with the Sioux City Bandits. Saturday night at Memorial Coliseum.
Rocky Harvey scored three touchdowns while rushing for 120 yards on 29 carries to lead the Freedom offense. Dutcher finished with 7 catches for 65 yards.
Yet again, the defense was stout, limiting the Storm to just 110 yards of total offense. Rachman Crable had 2 sacks.
