
Frankie Ballard Benefit Concert to Headline Greeneville Astros July 4th Post-Game Celebration

Greeneville, TN - The Greeneville Astros proudly present the musical stylings of country music artist, Frankie Ballard, as he headlines the July 4th Post-Game Celebration. Tickets are available for purchase now at www.greenevilleastros.com, by phone at 423-638-0411 and at the Pioneer Park ticket office.
Frankie Ballard is best known for his hits "Sunshine & Whiskey," "Tell Me You Get Lonely," "A Buncha Girls," "Young & Crazy" and "Helluva Life." His upcoming album, El Rio, featuring hit single "It All Started With A Beer" is set to release on June 10, 2016.
The Greeneville Astros will take on the Kingsport Mets at 4:00 p.m. with gates opening at 3:00 p.m. Laughlin Memorial Hospital will hand out patriotic t-shirts to fans arriving early to the game. The Post-Game Celebration will begin an hour after the conclusion of the game. The fireworks show will immediately follow the concert.
The Post-Game Celebration tickets are $25.00. This price includes a ticket to the game on the grassy berm along with a wristband for the Post-Game Celebration. Fans must have a wristband to stay for the Post-Game Celebration and will be allowed onto the field to enjoy the concert, which will take place on a center-field stage. Following the concert, the largest fireworks show in East Tennessee will be presented by Landair.
Fans can bring a blanket but no chairs are allowed inside Pioneer Park. Those in attendance are allowed to bring food and water that is transported in a clear, plastic bag no larger than one gallon in size, and water must be in a factory-sealed, plastic bottle, no larger than one liter. Fans will not be allowed to bring metal cans or glass bottles into Pioneer Park. One bottle of water and one bag per person is allowed.
"We are excited to welcome Frankie Ballard to Greeneville, TN," said Astros general manager David Lane. "This year's July 4th Post-Game Celebration will be a fun event for our community, and will also support a great cause."
All proceeds from the July 4th Post-Game Celebration will go to benefit the Arts Education Program at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center, which provides local students with the opportunity to experience a broad variety of cultural, artistic, and educational performances and events at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greeneville.
