Foster Arenabowl Trophy to be Presented Next Sunday

NEW YORK - For the 22nd time in Arena Football League history, an ArenaBowl champion will be crowned. For the fifth time in League history, the Foster ArenaBowl Trophy will be presented to the ArenaBowl champions. The current Foster ArenaBowl Trophy was created in 2004 and replaced the League's previous trophy that was introduced in 1992.
The Philadelphia Soul (13-3, 2-0) and San Jose SaberCats (11-5, 2-0) will battle for the Foster Trophy on July 27 at the New Orleans Arena. Kickoff for Virgin Mobile ArenaBowl XXII is set for 3 p.m. ET and the game will be broadcast live in high-definition on ESPN on ABC.
