Holyoke, MA - The luxury of being around for a few years in the New England Collegiate Baseball league is having former players make it in the majors and coaching.

In 2013 the Blue Sox bench will have a familiar face on it as Peter Fatse returns to Holyoke as an assistant coach.

Fatse was a member of the 2008 and 2009 Blue Sox teams before the Milwaukee Brewers drafted him in 2009.

In his minor league career, Fatse batted .231 with 25 doubles and 60 RBIs as well.

Before the Blue Sox he competed at the Division I level at the University of Connecticut and is a 2012 graduate from Western New England University.

Fatse is currently the Director of Player Development at Advanced Performance, where he has worked with youth, high school, and collegiate and professional baseball players for the past five years. In that time he has provided them with detailed hitting and defensive skills.
