ALLENTOWN, Pa. - In honor of those who perished on September 11th, the Philadelphia Force will hold Salute to Heroes of 9/11 night on Wednesday, August 12th at ECTB Stadium.
This special event will help fans recognize those heroes that touched so many lives in those few short hours of September 11, 2001. Prior to the start of Wednesday's contest Thomas Greene will throw out the first pitch to honor his sister Lorraine Lee who was tragically killed at the World Trade Center.
There will also be special patriotic giveaways throughout the course of the night as well. Included in these flyers is a special buy one get one free ticket promotion for members.
Fans are asked to come out to ECTB Stadium on Wednesday, August 12th to help support a truly honorable cause. After the opening ceremonies the Force will take on the USSSA Pride in game one of a five game series to determine who will go to the NPF Championship series.
