Force Sign Indoor Football Veteran DB Ridley to 2016 Roster

WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita Force announced today that the team has signed DB Kenneth Ridley to the team for the 2016 season.

Ridley joins the Force after spending 2015 with the Green Bay Blizzards of the IFL. Playing eight games for the Blizzards, Ridley recorded four interceptions, three in a single game, for 54 yards and 18 solo tackles. He also racked up one fumble recovery for 27 yards.

A native of Hillside, N.J., Ridley spent one season of his college career with Cheyney University and his remaining eligibility with Morgan State University. In his senior year with the Bears, Ridley recorded seven interceptions and two forced fumbles earning him 2nd Team All-MEAC honors.

The Wichita Force will head up to Illiana, Ill. this week to take on the Chicago Eagles at the UIC Pavilion. Following a bye-week, the team will return to INTRUST Bank Arena to take on the Bloomington Edge on Friday, April 1 for Faith and Family night.
