
Flight drops season opener to Capitals

Lansing, MI- The Lansing Capitals rallied with an explosive offensive effort in the second half to spoil Sun Ming Ming's IBL debut with a 127-119 victory over the Grand Rapids Flight on Thursday.
The Capitals took over the game in second half, scoring 80 points in the final two periods, after trailing by 8 points at the half. Rod Hannibal was the game's top scorer, pouring in 29 points for the Capitals. Tihon Johnson led the Flight with a 19 point outing.
