Flight Begin Final Home Stand Of The Season

St. Louis Flight News Release


(St. Louis, MO) -- The final home stand of the season begins tonight for the St. Louis Flight. The American Basketball Association team will host Detroit tonight and Tuesday. Louisiana's Cajun Pelicans visit the Family Arena on Wednesday.

St. Louis (10-19) dropped two games, by a total of eight points to Cincinnati last week and fell out of playoff contention. Detroit (5-7) is coached by former Michigan player Antoine Joubert and the Wheels have won both of the games with the Flight this season.

St. Louis' expansion Flight squad has six players averaging better than ten points per game, but have lost 12 of 15 games decided by seven points or fewer. The two previous losses to the Wheels came by a total of nine points.

Game time at the Family Arena is 7:05.
