
Flash Players Return from National Team Duty

Buffalo, NY-(June 19, 2012) The Western New York Flash of the Women's Premier Soccer league Elite (WPSL) are excited to announce that Lori Lindsey and Meghan Klingenberg are returning from Sweden following a two week camp with the US National Team. Both players will be in attendance for WNY's two upcoming matches this weekend prior to heading to the Olympics to represent the United States.
Defender Toni Pressley and striker Stephanie Ochs will also be back with WNY after representing the US U-23 National Team in Norway for the Three Nations tournament. The U.S won the tournament, with both Pressley and Ochs scoring for their country.
The players will be at the next Flash home game, Friday, June 22, at Sahlen's Stadium, 460 Oak Street, Rochester, N.Y. at 7:30 p.m. versus the Philadelphia Fever. They will also appear at the Flash's away game versus the New England Mutiny on Sunday, June 24, at 5 p.m.
The players will start training on Wednesday, June 20 with the Flash at 10:30 a.m. at Sahlen Sports Park, 7070 Seneca Street, in Elma N.Y. After training and at the game, the players will be available for interviews.
The home game this Friday is sponsored by The Distillery. Drafts will be available until kick off for $1. All WNY Flash home games this season will be broadcast online at livesportsvideo.com .
