
Flash Anounce Salute to Women's Soccer Clinic

(Rochester, NY)... The Western New York Flash and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield have teamed up to offer 250 female soccer players ages 8 to 18 the opportunity to watch a Flash practice, participate in interactive training followed by a full team autograph session on Friday, April 22 at Sahlen's Stadium from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The entire 2011 Western New York Flash team will be participating in the "Salute to Women's Soccer Clinic" including the first appearance of five time FIFA world player of the year Marta!

In addition to the Salute to Women's soccer clinic, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield in partnership with the Western New York Flash announce that a donation of $1.00 per fan in attendance for the Sunday, May 1st home opener will be donated to the organization Women Helping Girls (up to $5,000). Women Helping Girls is a non-profit organization linking girls in grades 6-12 with mentors from the local business community.
