
Fire offer great incentives for season ticket holders

We have two more tickets for the Cincinnati Bengals/Houston Texans game this Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium. The first 2006 PAID season ticket holder to respond to the Fire Wire will win the tickets (you cannot have already won a prize this season). Again you must have renewed for 2006 and paid your balance to have a chance to win the tickets. If you have not renewed you may do so by replying to the Fire Wire.
With the Fire coming off of the 2005 American Conference Championship and ArenaCup appearance now is the perfect time to renew or purchase season tickets for the 2006 season in Freedom Hall. Season ticket holders will receive a 2005 American Conference Championship Polo (1 per account), 10% off of Fire merchandise and free parking for all eight home games if purchased by November 1.

In the Huddle (Front Row): $320
Field Level and Overhang: $160
Touchdown (Upper sideline - lower half): $120
Field Goal (Upper sideline): $99

Former Fire offensive coordinator and special teams coach Chris MacKeown has joined the Columbus Destroyers of the AFL as an offensive assistant and special teams coordinator. This will be MacKeown second stint in the AFL; he was an assistant with the Indiana Firebirds for two seasons prior to coaching in af2. MacKeown is the first of many expected members of the Fire to join AFL teams for the 2006 season.
The Fire will hold their first open tryout in preparation for the 2006 season. The tryouts will take place on October 15 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Registration will begin at Noon at entrance four of Cardinal Stadium at the Fairgrounds. Everyone participating in the tryout should wear workout clothing and tennis shoes or turf shoes (no spikes). The tryout will cost $50 and participants will be tested in the 40, 5-10-5 shuttle run and position based drills. The tryout will cost $50. The Wildfire dance team will hold auditions for the 2006 season in November. The schedule is as follows (all times and locations to be determined):
November 5: Workshop/Dance Clinic
November 19: Auditions
November 21 & 22: Personal Interviews
November 30: Finalist announced
