
Fighters Remain in Top Spot While Shock Break into Top Five of the Coaches Poll for Week Eight

The Indoor Football League presented its weekly Coaches Poll of the 2021 season entering week eight. The panel is represented by the 12 head coaches of each team across the league.
The Frisco Fighters remain in the No. 1 spot and the only undefeated team after they took down the Duke City Gladiators on a game-winning field goal, 58-57.
Sioux Falls Storm, Arizona Rattlers and Iowa Barnstormers all came out with victories in their week eight matchups to remain in their spots. The Spokane Shock crack into the top-five for the first time this season coming off a 42-24 win over the Northern Arizona Wranglers.
Each coach submits a list ranking the teams with first-place votes earning one point, second place two points and so on to 12 points for 12th.
