
FC Tampa Bay Announces Potential 2011 Home Playoff Dates

Tampa Bay Rowdies News Release
TAMPA, Fla. (September 7, 2011) - FC Tampa Bay announced today the schedule for potential home games at Al Lang Stadium for the 2011 NASL Playoffs. FC Tampa Bay qualified for the postseason for the first time with last night's 2-1 victory at NSC Minnesota.
The NASL Playoffs will consist of top six teams with the top two seeds receiving a bye into the semifinal round. The remaining four teams will play a single game playoff to advance to the semifinal round. Semifinal and final rounds will consist of a traditional two game, home and home series using aggregate goals to determine the winner.
Here are the potential home playoff dates for FC Tampa Bay:
Saturday, October 1 7:30 p.m. Quarterfinal Round
Friday, October 7 7:30 p.m. *Semifinal Round - Leg 1
Saturday, October 15 7:30 p.m. *Semifinal Round - Leg 2
Saturday, October 22 7:30 p.m. *Championship Round - Leg 1
Saturday, October 29 7:30 p.m. *Championship Round - Leg 2
* Each team hosts one leg in the semifinal and championship rounds
All Home Games Played at Al Lang Stadium. All Times Eastern
