KANSAS CITY (October 3, 2017) - FC Kansas City announced today that rookie midfielder Christina Gibbons will be loaned to Melbourne Victory of Australia's W-League.
Gibbons was the Blues' first pick, and fifth overall, in the 2017 National Women's Soccer League Draft. She started all but one game this season and led all field players in minutes played with 2,083. Gibbons will return to Kansas City prior to the start of the 2018 season.
