FC Edmonton Season Tickets on Sale Today

EDMONTON, AB. - The 2011 NASL season is winding down but plans are already underway for the 2012 season.

Today, FC Edmonton is announcing its Early Bird Season Ticket Special and is encouraging fans to ensure their seat for exciting soccer action in 2012.

"Our fans have been fantastic during our inaugural season in the NASL and we wanted to reward them for their support," said FC Edmonton general manager Tom Leip. "We've reduced our prices and are encouraging fans to buy tickets early by throwing in some incredible benefits."

For just $303, fans who purchase their tickets before Sept. 30 will receive:

- Tickets to all remaining 2011 FC Edmonton home games (including playoffs); - One ticket to all home FC Edmonton Nutrilite Canadian Championship games; - 2011 inaugural season FC Edmonton jersey; - 10% discount on FC Edmonton merchandise; - Invitations to exclusive Season Ticket holder events; - Private autograph sessions for Season Ticket holders; - Season Ticket holder insider presales on merchandise and FC Edmonton events; - Season Ticket holder special gift; - Referral Rewards; - Ticket exchange program.

On top of all that, fans who "Like" us on Facebook will receive a 2011 inaugural season FC Edmonton baseball cap with their season ticket purchase.

"It's a $303 package with a $562 value. Our fans certainly deserve it," Leip said. "We want to fill the stadium each and every game next year as the team strives for, what we hope will be, our second NASL championship and the Nutrilite Canadian Championship."

2012 Season Tickets can be purchased starting today over the phone by calling FC Edmonton account executive Rob Fry at 780.439.7529. Season Tickets will also be on sale Saturday, Sept. 3 at Foote Field when FC Edmonton takes on the NSC Minnesota Stars in a crucial game.
