
FC Edmonton Re-Signs Chance Carter

EDMONTON, AB - FC Edmonton has re-signed midfielder Chance Carter, the club announced today.
The re-signing comes after the club made the decision to exercise its option to retain Carter, in accordance with the terms of his 2020 contract.
The 6-0, 175-pound Edmonton native is a product of the FC Edmonton U20 Academy. Carter played with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency program, and also trained with the 'Caps first team two consecutive pre- seasons in 2018 & 2019 before returning to Edmonton to sign his first professional contract with his hometown club in early 2020.
Carter, who turns 19 on the 15th of this month, was on the Eddies roster at the Island Games where he logged 201 minutes in six appearances for the club.
