FC Edmonton Enters into a Partnership with Fitogether

EDMONTON, AB - FC Edmonton has secured a partnership with Fitogether, a FIFA quality program for Electronic Performance and Tracking Systems (EPTS) to better evaluate and boost training of the team's players.

The EPTS includes camera-based and wearable technology that collects data from players on the field. It can be used with other devices to measure acceleration, balance, load, physiological parameters, and heart rate.

"We are excited to enter-into a partnership with Fitogether" said Alan Koch, Head Coach, FC Edmonton. "Their product will give us the ability to track important data as we prepare our team for matches and will also allow us to better monitor the individual players in our training environment. We are working extremely hard to maximize our players abilities and having access to the important data that Fitogether will provide us is an integral part of creating the best possible team environment".

Fitogether is highly rated for accuracy and consistency and is the official EPTS company of the Korean Professional Football League and has partnerships with more than 100 sports clubs worldwide, including Pacific FC of the Canadian Premier League.

The partnership agreement was facilitated with the help of Apex Sports Management and will continue until January 21, 2022.
