Fans to vote on 2009 team awards

With the 2009 season entering its final month, the Long Beach Armada has opened up voting to fans for team awards for the 2009 season, including Position Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, and Most Valuable Player. Voting will take place online and is sponsored and hosted by placetohavefunwithfriends.com as well as the Empire Wrestling Federation.

For the next two weeks, fans have the opportunity to vote for any current member of the Long Beach Armada for player awards, which will be announced prior to the final home game of the season on Monday, August 31 against the Victoria Seals at Blair Field.

We encourage all fans to vote early and vote often as you will determine who on the Armada will earn top honors for their efforts in 2009. Visit the website now, and make sure to get your votes in before polling closes.
