
ESPN2's "Cold Pizza" Morning Show to Feature WHA2

CELEBRATION, Fla. â The World Hockey Association 2 (WHA2) today announced ESPN 2's "Cold Pizza" morning show will feature the WHA2 on Wednesday, January 21. WHA2 Founder and Chairman of the Board of Governors, David Waronker, and Jacksonville Barracudas Head Coach Ron Duguay will be the featured guests.
"I'm thrilled to have the chance to talk about the WHA2 on such a popular national sports morning show." Waronker said. "I'm looking forward to speaking about the WHA2, our charities, our All-Star Game, our possible expansion teams and our plans for the future."
"When my wife, Kim Alexis, and I were guests on "Cold Pizza", there was a lot of interest in our league." Duguay said. "The "Cold Pizza" crew asked if we would be interested in coming back, along with David, to talk about the WHA2. We gladly accepted the invitation."
"Cold Pizza" is a live, sports/lifestyle talk show airing Monday through Friday from 7am to 9am and repeats from 9am to 11am with live news updates. Kit Hoover and Jay Crawford host the show.
ESPN2 is available in 85.6 million homes.
The WHA2 has six member teams for the 2003 â 2004 season: the Alabama Slammers, Jacksonville Barracudas, Lakeland Loggerheads, Macon Trax, Miami Manatees, and Orlando Seals. Every game is broadcast on www.irn.fm.
