Eric Ferguson, Tyrell Gumbs-Frater Named Players of the Week

The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Eric Ferguson of the Kitchener-Waterloo Titans has been named Player of the Week for the week ending April 3, 2022.

Ferguson, a 6'8" forward who played collegiately at Georgia Southern University, averaged 20.3 ppg and 9.3 ppg in three Titans victories this week.

The National Basketball League of Canada would also like to extend an honourable mention to A.J. Mosby of the TBL's Albany Patroons.

Mosby, a 6'3" guard who played collegiately at Alcorn State, scored 37 points and dished out 5 assists in Albany's 97-90 victory over the London Lightning.

The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Tyrell Gumbs-Frater of the Sudbury Five has been named Canadian Player of the Week for the week ending April 3, 2022.

Gumbs-Frater, a 6'4" guard from Scarborough, Ont., who played collegiately at Coastal Carolina University, scored a team-high 20 points off the bench in Sudbury's only game this week, a victory over the TBL's Flint United.
