SPOKANE, Washington- The Empire will go on the road to take on the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles in Week 4 of the 2017 IFL season next Monday, March 13 at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah with a 6:00 p.m. PT kickoff.
Monday, March 6: Practice at the Spokane Soccer Center (SSC) located at 7320 East Nora Avenue in Spokane Valley from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Tune in to 700 ESPN and 105.3 FM at 3:00 for a drop-in interview with Empire Head Coach Adam Shackleford.
The Empire Coach's Show will be live from The Swinging Doors located at 1018 West Francis Avenue from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday night. The show is open to all ages and Empire Kid's Club members will receive a stamp in their Kid's Club Passbooks for each show they attend during the season.
Tuesday, March 7: Practice and media day at the SSC from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Players and coaches will be available for interviews before the start of practice and immediately following.
Tune in to 700 ESPN and 105.3 FM at 3:30 p.m. for a weekly interview with an Empire player.
Wednesday, March 8: Practice at the SSC from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 9: Practice at the SSC from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
From 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. the Empire will be visiting Holmes Elementary School located at 2600 West Sharp Avenue for their Reading Night event.
Friday, March 10: Practice at the SSC from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
From 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., the Empire will be hosting their first Kid's Club event of the 2017 season at the Spokane Valley YMCA located at 2421 North Discovery Place. The event is free to attend and kid's will have the opportunity to shoot hoops with Empire players, enjoy the pool, play volleyball, use the climbing wall, and more! Kid's Club sign-ups will also be available on site at the event, so no prior membership is required to attend.
Saturday, March 11: Team meetings and workout. Schedule TBD.
Sunday, March 12: Team travel day to Salt Lake City, Utah.
Monday, March 13: The Empire will take on the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles at 6:00 p.m. PT at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah. The game will be broadcast live on the IFL's YouTube Channel and 700 ESPN radio. The Swinging Doors located at 1018 West Francis Avenue will be hosting a watch party.
