Edge to Host Free Training Camp for Youth Football this Saturday

Bloomington, Ill. - The Bloomington Edge indoor football team is hosting a Junior Football League training event on Saturday, February 18th at their home stadium, the U.S. Cellular Coliseum. Youth athletes will have an opportunity to experience a Bloomington Edge practice on the red turf of their home field led by Edge Head Coach Amir Ismail. Several Edge players are also scheduled to participate. Registration opens at 8:30am Saturday morning. The event will begin at 9:00am Saturday morning. This event is free to all participants.
The Edge will take the field for the first time in 2017 on Sunday, February 26th in an exhibition game at 5:05pm which will be preceded by a Fan Fest at 3:00pm. The Edge will be honoring the great work done by the Boys and Girls Club that night by contributing $1 from every ticket sold to the Boys and Girls Club.
