Edge Host Haymakers in Saturday's Finale

The Bloomington Edge will say thanks to their fans as they conclude the season on Saturday at U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
The Edge (4-7) host the Lincoln Haymakers (5-6) in a 7:05 p.m. kickoff on Saturday. The Edge fell 80-69 at Omaha last Saturday while the Haymakers dropped a 36-15 contest at Salina on Friday.
Edge quarterback Charles Dowdell continues his offensive dominance of the Champions Professional Indoor Football League as he leads the circuit with 2,523 yards of total offense of which 2,264 yards are through the air. Edge running back Andre Raymond leads the CPIFL with 30 touchdowns, 24 on the ground. The Edge also have the league's leading receiver, Marcus Lewis, with 839 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Haymakers quarterback Chuck Wright is fourth in league passing with 1,509 yards while completing just under 60 percent of his attempts. Nick Rhodes is Lincoln's leading receiver and fourth in the CPIFL with 659 yards and 18 touchdowns. Haymakers back Travis Ribbing is fifth in the circuit in rushing with 479 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Saturday is Fan Appreciation Night with prizes awarded throughout the night.
