(BLOOMINGOTN, IL) | The Bloomington Edge have added Linebacker Nate Copeland to their roster. Born in Fort Benning, Georgia, he attended Brookstone High School where he played as a Running Back and Linebacker under Coach Blair Harrison. After graduating college from Faulkner University, Copeland signed with the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes, a part of the GFL in 2013. He then went on to play for the Orebro Black Knights in the IFAF where he played in the Swedish Championship in 2014.
"Nate will bring some great quality to the Linebacker position, as we look for him to fight for a spot in camp. He is also the leadership type player we are looking for with this highly competitive X-League field ahead." -Head Coach John Johnson
