
Dyer Commits to Northern Michigan

Wichita Falls, TX - The Wichita Falls Warriors are pleased to announce that defensemen Owen Dyer has officially committed to play Division I college hockey at Northern Michigan University.
Dyer took to Twitter on Saturday to make his announcement. "I am excited to announce my commitment to further my education and play NCAA D1 college hockey at Northern Michigan University," the tweet read. "I want to thank my family, teammates, billets & coaches for their help and support. This is a dream come true."
The Clarkston, Michigan native has played 16 games so far in his rookie campaign, accumulating three assists on 14 shots.
"Owen is a high character, hardworking young man that has done a great job for us so far," said Warriors head coach Garrett Roth. "He has been a big part of our D-core and with each day continues to get better and gain more confidence. I am excited for him to be close to family while playing for a great program as he continues his path to pro hockey."
