Dutchmen Doubleheader Today Canceled

NEWARK, N.Y.- Today's Albany Dutchmen doubleheader on the road against the Newark Pilots has been canceled due to field conditions caused by heavy rain early in game one.
The cancellation came after a delay of over three hours.
The games will not be rescheduled, and all statistics accumulated in the first inning of game one will be nulled.
The Dutchmen will have a two-day break as the PGCBL will celebrate their All-Star Game festivities on Wednesday in Elmira. The Dutchmen will return to action on Thursday at home against the Saugerties Stallions for All Holidays Night at 5:05 pm.
