
Dusters announce upcoming "Military Night"

Amarillo, TX 4/16/09 - The Amarillo Dusters will celebrate "Military Night" during their next home game, coming up May 2 against the Tulsa Talons.
The game, which will kick off at 7:00 PM, will feature a number of military-themed activities during stoppages in play and also halftime. The Dusters are offering discounted $10 tickets for all retired and active military, as well as those in the civic service field with a valid ID when purchased at the Gorillas box office (901 S. Buchanan in Amarillo) or the Amarillo Civic Center box office (401 S. Buchanan).
Amarillo will take on Tulsa in the game for the first time since the 2008 arenafootball2 playoffs, when the Dusters upset the second-seeded Talons 65-62 to move on to the conference semifinals. The game is sponsored in part by the U.S. Army.
