Greeneville, TN - The Greeneville Astros defeated the Pulaski Yankees 5-2 with five unanswered runs in the seventh and eighth innings for the team's fourth comeback victory of 2015.

Greeneville was led offensively by Dominican third baseman Randy Cesar. The 20-year-old prospect blasted two extra-base hits in three at-bats including a double to centerfield to lead off the fifth inning and a home run off the light pole in leftfield in the eighth. The base-rounder marked Cesar's second on the year and his 10th hit as well as his seventh run scored.

Astros outfielder Myles Straw improved his hitting and run scoring streak to six games with a single in the home half of the third inning and a run scored in the seventh. His run represented one-third of the Greeneville rally in that inning as a result of a base-clearing Osvaldo Duarte triple. It was the Astro shortstop's second triple on the season.

Yankees left-handed starter Nestor Cortes held Greeneville to just three hits through the first six innings before the Astros rallied off of reliever Juan Jimenez. Aside from Cesar, Duarte and Straw, Astros second baseman Aaron Mizell went one-for-four adding his 25th hit of the season.

Right-hander Albert Abreu started on the mound for the Astros in his third appearance and second start. The 19-year-old tossed five full innings while allowing four hits, one earned run and striking out four batters.

The win was credited to lefty Salvador Montaño who threw four innings in relief, allowed just one earned run and struck out five. The victory evened the 20-year-old's record at 1-1 over three appearances in 2015.

The Astros will attempt to take the series win over Pulaski with a victory on Monday in a 7 PM scheduled first pitch.
