Draft Report: Landon Lushanko

In the third round of the 2016 NAHL Draft, the Magicians selected defenseman Landon Lushanko from Chisago Lakes, Minnesota.

Prior to being drafted by the Magicians, Lushanko played four years of varsity hockey for Chisago Lakes High School of the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). During his high school career the skilled defensemen put up over 100 points, including 19 goals and 21 assists for a total of 40 points during the 2015-2016 season.

Speaking about Lushanko, Magicians Head Coach & General Manager Scott Meyer said, "Landon is a very skilled player that just recently switched to defense. Landon has great pace and puck moving ability."
