Miller, a goal-scoring star for Rochester from 1996-1999 and again from 2003-2005 was a three-time all-league selection during his career (1996, 1997, 2003). Miller also helped guide the Rhinos to two U.S. Open Cup finals (1996, 1999) scoring the game-winning goal in the Rhinos 2-0 win over the Colorado Rapids (MLS) as they captured the Dewar Cup in one of the most dramatic championships modern U.S. Soccer history in 1999.

Miller is the 22nd player to be inducted into the USL Hall of Fame joining other former Rhinos Pat Onstad (2008) and Scott Schweitzer (2009)
Lilley, in his first season with Rochester in 2010, led the Rhinos to the USSF Division 2 regular season championship, winning his third Coach of the Year award in the process. Having worked the sidelines in Hershey, Montreal and Vancouver, Lilley has established himself as one of the most successful coaches in USL history. In his first season with the Hersey Wildcats in 1997, Lilley earned the Coach of the Year award and guided Hershey to the playoffs in each of his five seasons while also capturing a Northern Conference and three Atlantic Division titles. In 2001, his Wildcats fell to Rochester in the A-League National Championship.
In 2002 Lilley took over the reigns in Montreal guiding the Impact to the 2003 Eastern Conference title and capturing his second Coach of the Year award. After two seasons in Montreal, the New Jersey native joined the Vancouver Whitecaps in 2004 and led the Whitecaps to the 2006 league championship with a 3-0 win over the Rhinos.
Lilley becomes the ninth coach to be inducted into the USL Hall of Fame. He joins former Rhino boss Pat Ercoli who was part of the inaugural class of 2002.
Betsy McAdams, who passed away in 2009, served as the inspirational leader of the Charleston Battery from the team's inception in 1993. She is the 46 th person to be inducted to the USL Hall of Fame as a Builder. While in Charleston, she filled many roles, including director of operations and director of finance and business administration. McAdams was named chief operating officer in May 2008. In 2009 USL honored her by introducing the newly-renamed Betsy McAdams Key Grip Award, which recognizes an excellent member of a club's staff that is not an executive with the team.
