The Charlotte Eagles have announced a special "Mustache Night" promotion for their USL PRO team's next regular season home game against the Richmond Kickers on Saturday, June 16.
With the resurgence of neon, sweater dresses and leggings the Eagles thought they would jump on the bandwagon for a little vintage 80's silliness. Males are able to confirm their manliness while their special ladies can be proud to call them men.
Catch the Eagles on facebook to view one artist's rendering of the team with mustaches, and check back frequently to see mug shots of your favorite players sporting their photoshopped 'staches. The Eagles' "Mustache Night" promotion is open to everyone, young and old. A special $5 ticket price will be offered to any fan with a mustache upon entering Charlotte Christian Stadium. For those unable to grow mustaches, the first 100 fans to the Eagles merchandise tent will receive a free Fake Mustache to participate in the festivities.
Additionally, there will be a Fake Mustache Photo Booth for all the fans to take pictures with their new facial hair addition with other fans and Winger. The fans won't be the only ones participating in the festivities, the Eagles will be sporting their new mustaches for their match against the Kickers at 8 p.m. at Charlotte Christian Stadium. The event is part of a doubleheader. The Lady Eagles host their long time rivals the Atlanta Silverbacks.
