Duluth, GA-. The Georgia Force will hold an open tryout on Saturday January 28th, 2012 for the upcoming 2012 Arena Football League season. The tryout will be held at:
Silverbacks Sports Stadium
3200 Atlanta Silverbacks Way
Atlanta, GA 30340
Head Coach Dean Cokinos along with his staff will conduct the workout and evaluate the players." From this open tryout we will be looking to invite at least three players to our training camp starting in February. It is a great opportunity for the players who will be in attendance. Hosting this workout in the Atlanta area should showcase some high level talent. The bottom line is that we are looking for tough, hard working, talented players and this will be the first chance for potential candidates to showcase their abilities." said Cokinos.
Tryouts will consist of 40-yard dash, short shuttle, individual drills, and 1on 1's. The cost of the tryout is $80. Pre-registration cost is $65. Please mail all pre-registration forms along with money to the address below. Pre- registration forms can be downloaded by visiting www.georgiaforce.com. The last day to pre-register is Wednesday January 25th, 2012 at 5:00 PM.

Kickers will not be evaluated at this tryout.

Restrooms and a place to change will be provided.
Cash only will be accepted on day of tryout.
No hotel arrangements will be provided
Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. Sharp
There is no full contact and therefore no need for shoulder pads.
Appropriate dress consists of workout clothes and shoes suited for grass (also can bring tennis shoes)
Tryout will be conducted rain or shine, No refunds accepted for any reason.
