A mammoth Mark Reynolds' two-run homer in the third wasn't enough for the D-backs yesterday as they lost to the Angels, 9-8. First baseman Conor Jackson continued swinging his hot bat with a 2-for-3 day at the plate with three RBI. Justin Upton started in right field and reached base twice.
Arizona will head to Hi Corbett Field, today, to face the Rockies. Hector Ambriz will take the mound for the Diamondbacks and will face Colorado lefty Jeff Francis.
