Anda Ramat Hasharon begins a two-game, home-road series with BSE ESMA Budapest on Thursday, December 8 with game two scheduled for Wednesday, December 14. The team with the better aggregate score advances to the Eighth-Finals.

Ford and Nolan remained undefeated in Israeli League play with two wins last week over Maccabi Ashdod, 87-79 on November 28, and Hapoel Tel Aviv, 72-71 on December 1. Cheryl Ford paced Anda in the win over Maccabi Ashdod with 31 points and 11 rebounds while Nolan added a double-double of her own with 16 points and 10 boards. Former Shock forward Petra Ujhelyi chipped in with 20 points and 14 rebounds of her own.
Former Minnesota and Washington guard Shaunsinxki Gortman scored 15 points and grabbed five rebounds for Maccabi Ashdod in the lose, while former Cleveland guard Brandi McCain scored 20 points and handed out six assists and Chicago's Stacey Lovelace added 16 points and 10 rebounds.
Four of Anda's six wins in Israeli League competition have been by two points or less, including its win over Hapoel Tel Aviv. Nolan drained a baseline jumper with 3.2 seconds remaining in overtime for the win. Before Nolan's heroics, though, Anda had to erase a 16-point deficit just to force the extra period.
Nolan finished with 12 points and six rebounds, while Ford clocked in with another workmanlike double-double scoring 13 points and grabbing 17 boards. Ujhelyi added 18 points and seven boards.
Hapoel Tel Aviv has three players with WNBA experience under their belts, including former Shock forward Ayana Walker who finished last season with the Charlotte Sting. Walker scored just four points on the evening, but grabbed 12 rebounds. Washington forward/center Nakia Sanford had a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds, and Houston's Dominique Canty added 18 points, three rebounds and four assists.

Plenette Pierson and Coconuda Maddaloni will begin a two-game, home-road series with Germany's TSV 1880 Wasserburg on Thursday, December 8 as part of the Sixteenth-Finals in EuroCup Women competition. The team with the better aggregate score advances to the Eighth-Finals.

Coconuda's four-game winning streak in Italian League competition came to an end with a 65-59 loss to TermoCarispe La Spezia (6-5). The loss dropped Coconuda to 7-4, and in a four-way tie four fourth place. Pierson scored 15 points and four rebounds while playing the full 40 minutes. Former Shock, Monarchs and Comets guard Kedra Holland-Corn scored 17 points and handed out three assists, while Sparks forward Christi Thomas added 14 points and 11 rebounds in the win.
Pierson's next Italian League game is scheduled for Sunday, December 11 against front-running Pool Comense (9-2).

Ruth Riley and Yaya Maria Porta XI saw their four-game winning streak come to a screeching half in a 92-54 loss to Cajacanarias (5-5). Riley was held to five points and two rebounds as Yaya Maria Porta XI fell to 6-4 on the season. Former Houston forward Catarina Pollini scored eight points and grabbed six rebounds in the loss.
Riley's next Spanish League game is Saturday, December 10 vs. Perfumerias Avenida (7-3).

Kara Braxton and TS Wis"a Can-Pack Kraków fell to 1-5 and fifth place in Group C in EuroLeague Women Qualification Round competition with a 73-63 loss to Phard Napoli on December 1. The loss puts Braxton and company two games behind Phard Napoli (3-3) for fourth place in the Group.
Braxton scored 13 points and grabbed five rebounds, but struggled from the field missing 10 of 12 shots from the field. Phoenix's Anna DeForge posted a 15-point, 11 rebounds double-double in the loss.
Former Charlotte and Washington forward Vicky Bullett scored 10 points and grabbed 17 rebounds for Phard Napoli, while former Sparks center Marlous Nieuwveen scoed 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Seattle's Alicia Thompson scored 10 points for the victors and former Cleveland and Charlotte forward Mery Andrade added five poinrs, four rebounds and three assists.
Wis"a Can-Pack's next EuroLeague match is Wednesday, December 7 vs. winless K Cero ICP Kosice (0-6).

Wis"a Can-Pack remained undefeated in Polish league play with an 86-82 win over Lotos Gdynia on December 4. Braxton scored 23 points, grabbed nine rebounds handed out four assist and picked up six steaks in the win, although she continued her struggles from the field making just seven of 18 shots. DeForge added 18 points and handed out five assists in the win.
Former Silver Stars guard/forward Agnieszka Bibrzycka scored a game-high 33 points, grabbed eight rebounds and picked up five steals for Lotos Gdynia while former Mercury center Rankica Sarenac added 12 points, four rebounds and four assists and Los Angeles guard Doneeka Hodges scored eight points.
Wis"a Can-Pack's next Polish League game is scheduled for Saturday, December 10 against AZS PWSZ Sowood Gorzow Wlkp (6-3).
