
Desiree Scott Headlines Canadian National Team Roster

FC Kansas City News Release
KANSAS CITY - Canada Soccer released their roster for two matches against Costa Rica. FC Kansas City midfielder Desiree Scott was one of 19 players called to play for their country in the June matches. Scott will play in her hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba on June 8th and in Toronto, Ontario on June 11th.
Canada last played in Winnipeg in 2014 against the USA resulting in a 1:1 draw. Kadeisha Buchanan gave the raucous crowd something to cheer about as she opened the scoring in the first half before the Americans tied the game with fifteen minutes to go to draw 1:1.
