
Defensemen Adam Comrie and Nick Luukko Loaned to Lehigh Valley

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals, proud ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, announced Saturday they have loaned defensemen Adam Comrie and Nick Luukko to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Both have signed professional try-out contracts (PTOs) with Lehigh Valley. Earlier Saturday, the Royals signed D Brad Campagna to an ECHL contract. Reading is at Wheeling Saturday at 7:05 p.m.
This is Comrie's second time signing a PTO with the Phantoms this season. He played in two games with Lehigh Valley in November, recording six penalty minutes. With Reading, the 27-year-old has four points and leads the team with 55 penalty minutes in 13 games. Over 243 AHL games, the 8th-year professional has 28 goals and 91 points.
Luukko last skated in the AHL during the 2014-15 season (6 GP) after graduating from Vermont. The third-year professional is the Royals alternate captain and has three goals and ten points in 17 games. He possesses a plus-25 rating, 13 goals and 44 points in 152 ECHL contests. He is a 6-foot-2, 205-lb. native of West Chester, PA.
