5th Annual Summer All-Star Game Saturday, July 26th @ 6 PM

The Danbury Whalers have announced that Saturday, July 26th at 6:00 PM at the Danbury Ice Arena, the puck will drop for 5th Annual Summer All-Star Game.

The game is part of the 4-Day Free Agent Camp from July 24 - 27th. The entire camp will feature over 800 minutes of on ice action with players competing for invitations to training camp.

All workouts are open to the public, the admission for the All-Star Game is $5 - the event is free for Danbury Whalers season ticket holders.

Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling the Danbury Whalers at 973-713-7547 or at the ticket office on the day of the game.

Danbury Whalers representatives from the organization will be on hand to discuss the upcoming season and the various ticket plans.

Buffalo Wild Wings Teacher Appreciation Night

The Danbury Whalers and Buffalo Wild Wings of Danbury have announced the 3rd Annual Teacher Appreciation Night. This event will take place on a TBD night during the 2014-15 Whalers season.

On this night, Buffalo Wild Wings extends an offer to all area teachers. Receive a complimentary ticket to that night's Whalers game and enjoy a complimentary pre-game meal of wings and a beverage of your choice at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Danbury Whalers Night with the Danbury Westerners

July 16th Play Ball!!!

For the fifth consecutive season, the Danbury Whalers and Danbury Westerners will honor each other's organization at a home game. On Wednesday, July 16th at 6:30 PM at Rogers Park in Danbury, when the Danbury Westerners of the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) take on the Plymouth Pilgrims, it will be Danbury Whalers Night at the park.

The night is part of a continuing partnership where the Danbury Westerners and Danbury Whalers work towards promoting each other's season for the overall development of the Danbury sports landscape.

Throughout the night there will be prizes, contests, trivia, Danbury Whalers contest sign-ups, and the ceremonial first pitch will be thrown out by member of the Danbury Whalers organization.

Commented Westerners, President, Paul Schaeffer, "Every year we look forward to our Whalers Night. It's about a strong community effort and working together to promote a great sports landscape in Danbury."

Whalers CEO / Managing Partner, Herm Sorcher added, "I attend at least 7-10 Westerners game a year. It's a great night every time. For those who haven't experienced Westerners baseball - come check it out on the 16th - you love it. Plus they have a great theme song too."

Tickets for the event are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors, and kids under 12 are free.

Danbury Whalers Ticket Plans On Sale - Reserve Yours Today

Danbury Whalers full season and ticket package plans are now available for the 2014-15 season.

The Danbury Whalers have a ticket plan that can fit every fan. The Whalers offer full season tickets, half seasons, and 10-ticket flex books.

Fans purchasing a full season ticket receive almost 9 games free of charge.

Full season ticket plans are $340. Based on a 30 game ticket package, tickets come in a little over $11, which is a significant savings off the box office rate.

For the fan who needs flexibility in the ticket plan, the Danbury Whalers have the 10 game voucher plan and the half season package.

The undated 10-game pack is a flexible plan which can be used at any game with multiple vouchers being used that night. This plan works best for the fan who, will be attending games but does not know which ones. The cost on this package is $125 per voucher book.

Voucher books make great gifts, are awesome ways to thank someone for a great effort, and also make the winters a lot of fun for families.

The Half Season ticket package is 15 games of your choice. Fans purchasing a Half Season get to select their seat location and have that seat for all of their games. Cost of this plan is $187.50.

With these partial plans, fans purchasing receive 20% of their games at no charge.

With all tickets plans, fans receive have a chance to purchase parking for $1 per game (66% discount).
