This Friday, December 9th at 7:35 PM, when the Danbury Whalers take on the 1000 Islands Privateers, it will be Community Action Committee of Danbury & Knights of Columbus Fundraising Night.

The Whalers evened up their record on Wednesday with a hard fought battle against Cape Cod. The D-Whalers look to climb the standings and take over 3rd place with a win.

The Privateers are currently in 2nd place and have lost only 3 times this season.

Be sure to Eat at Two Steps Downtown Grille before the game, try the Big Juicy Danbury Whalers Burger.

After the game, be sure to stop by Two Steps for the post game party. Meet the players, coaches, management - it's a great time.

Park in the Patriot Garage across the street from the Danbury Ice Arena. It's safe, secure and legal, make sure the only ticket you get is to the game.

If you can't get started after the game, Federal Automotive Service & Towing is there with free roadside assistance for all Whalers fans.

CACD's vast offering of services cover not only the "4 H's" (health, heat, hunger, and housing), but also needs including child care, income tax assistance, and early childhood education.
